Brush Turkey Cafe
The Brush Turkey cafe was constructed over four years by volunteers, with money provided through a grant. It was opened in 2004 and provided a training ground for young adults to learn hospitality and internet skills. Today it is used for community dinners and events run by local volunteers, although 2020 and 2021 were very quiet years in the cafe thanks to COVID.
On 14 January 2022 Hardwood Espresso began trading inside the Brush Turkey Cafe with a lease through the Wootton Community Network.
Hardwood Espresso is a business run by local Wootton residents Neal and Jo Lyons.
Neal has a background as a fine dining chef and is serving up artisan breakfasts and amazing coffee to locals and visitors.
Address: 1633 Wootton Way, Wootton, NSW 2423
